Our Impact
Since 2019, over 70 students have participated in the IAC Fellows Program, representing over 40 colleges and universities nationwide. 3 Fellows have gone on to obtain full-time positions with an IAC brand!
We take pride in our existing partnerships with over 11 of the top charitable organizations in America, such as Prep for Prep, TEAK, LEDA, and SEO. Year after year, we aim to deepen these partnerships as they help us continue to design programming that meets the ever-evolving needs and interests of students from underrepresented communities.

2024 At a Glance
The IAC Fellows Program is designed to offer each student individualized guidance they require to lead a successful and fulfilling life. Fellows cite the program’s high touch nature and sense of community as immensely valuable at this stage in their education and career development - making them enthusiastic advocates of the program and IAC. Per the net promoter scores to the left, the major stakeholders of the program - IAC Fellows, their managers, and their mentors - would highly recommend the program to their friends or colleagues. And of those eligible, 100% of Fellows expressed interest in returning in a future year.
Our Fellows are driven, curious, continuously seek opportunities to learn, and deliver quality results in their internships. Their hard work does not go unnoticed. 100% of managers said they would recommend a Fellow for a future internship or employment.
After completing the program, a larger percentage of the cohort believed that...
(1) they deserve to be at a place like IAC and do not struggle with imposter syndrome,
(2) they are more comfortable asking for help and speaking up when they feel overwhelmed,
(3) they feel more comfortable communicating and networking with professional adults, and
(4) they have better defined career goals.
